We appreciate that sometimes you need to make changes or cancel pre-booked appointments with us. There are a number of ways you can do this. As soon as you are aware that you need to change or cancel an appointment, please either call us on (905) 357-0214 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would kindly request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation where possible. This will allow other patients waiting for an appointment to be seen. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation then a charge may apply.
