You Ask - We answer! Our patients have asked us a lot of questions over the years. Here we attempt to provide answers to the common ones, but feel free to get in touch if you have anything else you'd like to know.
- In order to provide efficient services to all patients our office requires 24-hour notice for cancellation or re-scheduling of appointments. This ensures that we can provide quality, timely services to all patients as efficiently as possible. If it is your first visit to our Chiropody office, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early to complete the Patient Information Form.
- A fee will be applied for late cancellations/missed appointments. All fees for late cancellations/missed appointments are the patient’s responsibility.
- If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to re-schedule their appointment for a later time or another day and appropriate charges for the late or missed appointment may apply.
